According to 《Design Guidelines for Energy Saving of Oil Depot》and other related criterions' requirements, Light tank should be floating roof tank. Compositional aluminium PJ-NFP is energy saving products. According to the features of medium, the material of floating roof is aluminium, steel and stainless steel.

construction features of assembled PJ-NFP
◆ Unique spider web-like hexagonal structure
Assembled PJ-NFP uses unique spider web-like hexagonal structure, and its structural strength is higher and the stability is better than the troditional floading roof when with the same gross mass of material.
◆ Distribution of many small floats, increasing the reliability of operation.
A good number of floats, and distribute uniformly on the floating roof, avoiling the whole floating roof tilting and chucking, because of the leaking of individul float, enhancing the reliability of floating roof.
Using small size float to make the distance between float and panel is narrow, the bottom of frame is under the liquid level, so the frame partitions liquid surface, making the liquid level form many small gas-chambers. During operating, small gas-chambers have better damping effect to the liquid surface fluctuations , absorbing impact to ensure smooth operation.
◆ contagious distribution of outer ring floats, ensuring reliable and steady in sealing operation.
Compositional floating roof uses unique float layout, which many floats are uniformly set near the outer ring and surrounding of selaing tie to make sealing tie force uniformly. The function overcomes the friction produced between sealing tie and wall of tank when operating. At the same time, it also enhances structural strength near the sealing place to guaranteethe safety of operation of sealing tie of floating roof and donot appear chuck phenomenon.
◆Adopting special aluminum alloy pipes as pontoons.
Compositional floating roof uses special aluminum alloy pipes, which have no longitudinal weld joint, reducing the possibility of leakage.

Calculated by authority departments: the diameter of one 1000 Cubic meter PJ-NFP is 12m, 50 times of oil turnround per year. The calculated temperature is 28 oC .
- Large respiratory loss is 79.22 T/Y.
- Small respiratory loss is 72.9KG/D( quiescence volatilization of nature ). The loss of 220 days in one year is 16.04T/Y. the total loss is 95.26T/Y. After installing the floating roof of zhang, calculating in the same situation, the loss of oil is 7.76T/Y, that means it can save gasoline 87.5T/Y, almost 218,800 yuan.(calculated by 2500yuan/t) .

Float
It uses aluminum alloy plate. Seamless aluminum tube is made to floating barrel to ensure floating barrel leakage and design buoyancyis as 2 times weight as the total weight of floating roof.
Skeleton:
Standardized aluminum alloy skeleton, the design of margin plank ensures the position immerging in the stock solution≥100mm.
Anti-rotation mechanism
It is used to stainless steel rope which is vertical tension, making floating roof keep in the center position. Anti-rotation device is installed on the egde of floating roof, increasing rotary moment and preventting rotating and tilting of floating roof effectively.
Ventilation valve
Ventilation valve designed in accordance with the API standard of H.6.2---- Damping Type of ventilation valve ensures the discharge area is no less than 0.8sqm and switches automatically according to the pressure of tank.
Outrigger/Adjustable outrigger
Outrigger is fixed for the convenient of maintaining and installing. Outrigger uses aluminum alloy, distributes uniformly, and its carrying capacity is greater than critical pressure of floating roof. It could regulate height freely according to the structure of the tank bottom, and it is convenient for installation and maintained.
Man hole
It’s designed to open easily and man hole sealed by weatherstrip that fulfills with condition of medium, and the bottom fram immerses into surface liquid level no less than 100mm, good sealing effect.
Sealing tape
Choose the sealing tape according to the medium of stored . The types of conventional sealing are tongue-like and cystic-like type.
The hole for measuring oil
Design and manufacture according to request from tank measurer. The position that the bottom immerses into the liquid surface level is no less than 100mm, and the top is sealed by flexible rubber membrane.
Panel
The panel uses 0.5mm thice rust-proof aluminum alloy panel. The lap joint is sealing by weatherstrip.
Antistatic wire
The antistatic wire uses Φ3mm of stainless steel wire rope to ensure the grouding resistance is not more than 10 Ω. |
