Marine loading and unloading arm is used in transmitting liquid medium between the pipeline of tanker and the storage and transportation in port.
---In the process of transmission , following the tanker within the normal drifting range.
---According to the difference of the diameter, type and load of the loading and unloading arm, it could be operated manually or controlled by electro-hydraulic.
---According to the difference of the medium types and temperature, pipeline of loading and unloading arm could be designed to use carbon steel, stainless steel and PTFE lined steel as the material.
---the range of designed temperature is -196degree~+300degree
---tha range of designed pressure is PN1.0Mpa~PN4.0Mpa.

Necessary conditions for marine arm designe:Tonnage size of port, height of water, tanker size, loading and unloading medium, Medium pressure, Medium temperature, Wind Load, Earthquake load, etc.
To environmental data, if customer has no particular request, it could be designed according to the below standards.

Wind Load: 55m/s—20Mpa 20m/s—2.5Mpa

Height of extended positioning plate of embedded bolts is backplane thickness plus thickness of 2 nut plus 50m.
 Embedded bolts’ Height of extending from guide plate is: backplane thickness plus thickness of 2 nuts plus 50mm.
